•       Barclays and Lloyds are able to offer savings accounts only in conjunction with a current account (which can be dormant)
• Budget Report and reapportionment to include:
•       Clerk Pension Arrangements
•       Clerk Increment from 1.4.18
•       2018 NJC Pay agreements nationally
•       Salary for LM and PWS for 2018; and from 1.4.18
• Precept level and Business Case for 2018-19 Precept
